Andrew Chittamai

Prior to joining LT Commercial Group, Andrew gained his experience as a business broker with the largest independent business brokerage agency in the country. His focus has been working alongside local business owners and potential buyers while leveraging his experience to offer professional & ethical conduct and fiduciary duty to build long-term relationships with clients, customers, allies, and colleagues.

For business owners, he played an active role in helping value their business, prepare to market, list, locate, and screen potential buyers, and manage expectations all the way to the closing table. For potential buyers, Andrew simplified the buying process, search for potential opportunities, negotiations, contracts, and transition of acquiring a business.

Before obtaining his real estate license, Andrew served in the United States Marine Corps for over a decade as a CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter pilot, a defense contractor, and a Peace Officer with the Austin Police Department.

Andrew currently lives in Cedar Park where he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and exploring the diverse food Austin has to offer.
