Mary Grace Therese Fajardo

Mary Grace Fajardo is the Listing Coordinator and Investment Sale Coordinator of LT Commercial Group. She works closely with the agents, sellers and landlords to help them sell or lease their commercial properties. She has you covered throughout the process.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Major in Management with more than six years of experience in real estate listing coordination in the residential and commercial side of real estate.

Before joining the real estate industry, Mary Grace was a Customer Service Supervisor OIC for more than two years in a business process outsourcing company and was recognized for good performance as the TOP OIC for Year 2013 and 2nd Quarter of 2014.

She is a mother of three wonderful children. She is a foodie and loves travelling to different places! She is outgoing and goal oriented!
