Lezlie Tram Le began LT Commercial Group in 2017.  As the founder of LT Commercial Group, Lezlie’s core values include upholding sustainability and strong values. The company has worked to establish a space to provide the minority community guidance, opportunities, advocacy, support, and success.

LT Commercial Group, under Lezlie’s leadership, has continued to grow and serve the Austin community with a special focus on minority small businesses.  With their help, dozens of minority small businesses have been able to find retail locations, start businesses, and create jobs for the local community. Working with clients every step of the way, LT Commercial Group helps business owners overcome language barriers, confusion over contracts and leases, assist with contract negotiations, and communicate with city officials. This approach to client support enables business owners to open and operate with little delay.

The female minority-led team at LT Commercial Group has made great strides enabling them to become industry leaders.  Today they help clients close many more deals regularly with major commercial real estate firms. They remain true to their beginnings and continue to take an active role in advocating for small business owners and in the minority community at large.

While also being a leader and advocate for Austin’s growing community, Lezlie is the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Austin chapter’s President for 2020.  AREAA is a national non-profit trade organization dedicated to improving the lives of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community through homeownership, advocating for national policies that reduce barriers to AAPI homeownership, and AREAA Austin Building Community Day (ABCD) and supports The Austin Building Community Day, rebuilding our Asian American community – one home at a time!

Lezlie has been a leader in entrepreneurship, managing her businesses since the age of 22. As a business consultant, she successfully draws on her entrepreneurial success to help business owners avoid common, potential mistakes and succeed.  In addition to her daily work at LT Commercial Group and within the community, Lezlie serves as an advisor to the Economics Department for the City of Manor, TX.

Lezlie is a single mother of two beautiful daughters. Her favorite pastimes are yoga (which is her passion and therapy), reading, and spending time with her friends and family outside of work.
