Gabriela Saravia

Gabriela is a bilingual commercial leasing and residential sales agent who works closely with clients in the Spanish-speaking community. She has worked with business owners of a diverse array of industries, from cabinet manufacturing and restaurants of different cuisines to medical clinics and golf simulator venues. She partners with small business owners to help them find ideal locations and expand to multi-locations, advising them so they can eventually become property owners.

As a commercial leasing agent, Gabriela understands the unique challenges small business owners face and is always open to coaching her clients on the best way to present their businesses to potential landlords. Gabriela also partners with landlords, promoting any space vacancies in her network.

Having lived in Austin for more than 10 years after moving from Costa Rica, Gabriela understands the unique needs of foreign investing. As an investor herself, she has experience where her clients are today, giving her a unique perspective that greatly benefits her client’s investment portfolios. Gabriela successfully networks with agents within the region, always looking for investment opportunities for her clients.

Gabriela served as Marketing Director on the Austin Chapter board of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). The NAHREP is the voice for Hispanic real estate, aiming to provide community outreach, industry education, and business networking events in order to advance sustainable Hispanic homeownership. Today, she remains a founding member on the advisory board. Gabriela is also an active member of The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), an organization that strives to promote sustainable homeownership opportunities in Asian American communities by creating a powerful national voice for real estate professionals that serve this market.

Gabriela and her daughters enjoy all that the Austin area has to offer in outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and stand-up paddle boarding. She enjoys Austin’s live music scene, is a Longhorns fan and a supporter of the Austin FC soccer team!
